OW2 Issues

If you are a developer and you experience technical problems with one of these online tools:

then you should report the issue directly to the OW2 Service Desk.

Contrail Issues

To report a bug, propose an improvement, ask a question or request a new feature related to a Contrail component, the best way is to create a Jira issue

In the case your request is not related to a software component (e.g. ask for permissions on the wiki), then you should select Support Service in the creation form.
